Boom Shaka Laka is a mobile dating application. Users create an account by providing their phone number during signup. SMS messages are used for account verification, match notifications, and important account-related alerts.

Opt-In Process

Users opt in by entering their phone number during signup on the app or website and explicitly providing consent through a required checkbox agreeing to receive SMS messages. Messaging is only sent after user consent.

Opt-Out Process

Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Upon opting out, no further messages should be sent unless the user later opts in again through a valid process.
